By means of the high peripheral speed of the plate turbine solid particles are dispersed – humidified and dissolved, in liquids of very high as well as of low viscosity.
The plate turbine is extremely effective by means of the high peripheral speed and it effectively tears e.g. colour pigments in the colour/varnish industry.
The plate turbine generates some powerful flows in a constant flow pattern, which prevents that “dead zones” can arise in the product. The plate turbine cal also be used where air intake into the liquid is of no great importance
