The plant is manufactured for dosing of as well very viscous as low-viscosity fluids and powder and other ingredients weighed in with a very high degree of accuracy by way of hermetically closed weighing cells.

The position unit of the dosing valve is adjustable from coarse to fine dosing. The actual valve position is measured by means of the “feedback function” built-in into the position unit. In order to secure a high degree of weighing stability and at the same time secure, that the weighing unit will find its zero point, all pipe connections are equipped with flexible hoses.

For dosing of de-ionized water the plant is equipped with a magnetic inductive flow gauge which shows the total flow in a summarized value and at the same time gives a signal to the on/off valves.

The PLC built-in into the control panel controls the mixing processes, the micro/macro mixing and also the CIP function, weighing in and discharge.
The dosing computer is programmed with various recipe and component savings and also PC based recipe and batch reports.
