Dissolver

The hub of the dissolver disc is mounted with O-ring seals so that all sealing surfaces are of sanitary design.

The dissolver disc is effective for very viscous and low-viscosity liquids, which are going to be dispersed – moistened – dissolved – mixed or homogenized.

The dissolver mounted in SIGMA’s process plant yields the optimal flow pattern when it is connected to a frequency converter, so that the peripheral speed is controlled from the control panel.

The process plants are designed by SIGMA’s designer team well known for their sound technical creativity, which is supported by the advanced CAD system.
